As temperatures rise, staying safe, active, and informed becomes even more important—especially when managing diabetes. From tips to stay hydrated to eating well, small changes can make a big difference.

Summer is here—let's make it a healthy one together!

Stay hydrated: Water is key! Drink plenty throughout the day to stay cool and avoid dehydration.
Dress smart: Choose lightweight, breathable, and light-colored clothing—and don't forget the proper footwear to protect your feet from hot surfaces.
