A bill extending the Money Follows the Person program passed Congress and awaits the President's signature; the Disability Integration Act was re-introduced in both chambers; regulatory guidance supported by disability groups were rescinded; new guidance to assist states to reduce the use/misuse of restraints and seclusion in schools was announced; the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities met to organize and strategize for the new Congress.
