It's been a busy month with Congress trying to wrap up appropriations bills and other priorities before leaving for the holiday recess. This month's Ignite! Autism Society Policy Newsletter includes highlights from the FY 2020 appropriations bill that support disability programs, a summary of the impact of the U.S. Court of Appeals decision on the Affordable Care Act, bills introduced supporting SSI and voting rights, and announcements for federal advisory and fellowship opportunities, and more. Congress is now in recess until January 6 (Senate) and January 7 (House). Happy Holidays and here's to a new decade!
