Innovative Projects for Nutrition Programs and Services

In 2017, ACL awarded six grants to nutrition projects with a focus on systematic testing and documentation of innovative and promising practices that enhance the quality, effectiveness, and outcomes of nutrition programs within the aging services network. This webinar series will share information from ACL grantees about their innovative nutrition projects that have concluded. Attendees will be able to access tools and resources for how to potentially replicate these initiatives in their own communities.
