CMS has compiled and reviewed the survey responses and will be sharing these findings in a series of trainings. The Learning Collaborative consists of two parts: a three-part webinar series that began in spring 2020, and an affinity group that will launch in winter 2021. CMCS invites you to the second webinar of the series, "Improving Children's Oral Health Using Fluoride Varnish in Non-Dental Settings" on Friday, September 18, 2020 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET. This webinar will feature successful state approaches from Maine and North Carolina for advancing fluoride varnish use in non-dental settings to improve the oral health of Medicaid and CHIP-enrolled children. Speakers from both states will also discuss how to leverage fluoride varnish programs as a pathway to connect Medicaid and CHIP beneficiaries to a system of care that addresses their oral health needs.
