The Advancing the Response to COVID-19: Sharing Promising Programs and Practices for Racial and Ethnic Minority Communities virtual symposium featured national, state, tribal and local experts leading efforts developed for public health leaders at all levels and community organizations confronting the pandemic. Developing the Family Map: Looking at Communal Coping This observational study, sponsored by the NIH National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI), seeks individuals age 18 years or older who are affected by sickle cell trait or sickle cell disease, type-2 diabetes or heritable cancers, or who are related or married to someone who has these diseases.
