By encouraging them to get vaccinated, you'll help protect them – and allow all of us to safely gather together again. | National Minority Health Month Virtual Event #VaccineReady  Join the HHS Office of Minority Health (OMH) and the Health Resources and Services Administration's Office of Health Equity for a virtual event for National Minority Health Month. Speakers will focus on the disproportionate impact that COVID-19 has had on communities of color, why disparities in health outcomes and health care access persist, and what measures can be taken to address these inequities. Additionally, speakers will explore COVID-19 vaccine promotion and uptake among racial and ethnic minorities.

Maternal Morbidity and Mortality During the COVID-19 Pandemic This study, sponsored by the George Washington University Biostatistics Center and the NIH Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, seeks women who delivered at selected hospitals from March 1-December 31, 2019 or March 1-December 31, 2020, as well as pregnant and postpartum women with confirmed COVID-19 infection from March 1-December 31, 2020.
