This year, as the country has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, it is crucial that men get regular checkups and be aware of the risks for their age, ethnicity, and lifestyle. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 14.9% of men aged 18 and over are in fair or poor health. During Men's Health Month, we urge men to take steps to enrich their health and wellness through regular screenings and care. | 40 Years of Progress: It's Time to End the HIV Epidemic  June 5 marks 40 years since the CDC Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report described the first five cases of what later became known as AIDS. As the day approaches, learn more about the progress we've made in ending the HIV epidemic and how you can support this historic day. June 5 is also HIV Long-Term Survivors Awareness Day—a day to celebrate the strength and resilience of people who have been living with HIV and AIDS for decades.
