Community-based Dementia Programs: Learning from Challenges and Sustaining Successes Tuesday, September 14, 2021 1:00-2:00 PM ET Webinar Registration Dozens of community-based dementia programs have launched over the last few decades to support people living with dementia and their family caregivers. These programs also provide education and training for professionals and members of the community. This webinar will present an overview of the types of services and trainings provided by community-based dementia programs, identify methods for sustaining successful program activities, and share lessons learned from two community-based dementia programs. NADRC is funded by ACL. It provides technical assistance to ACL and its grantees and serves individuals and organizations outside our grantee community. The NADRC website provides a range of materials, including issue briefs, event recordings, and tools to support service providers and caregivers. |
