The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health (HHS OMH) has joined forces with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (FDA OMHHE) to launch the Let's Take Charge! Campaign, an initiative to make lupus research more inclusive and diverse.

With this campaign HHS OMH and FDA OMHHE and partners will raise awareness about the importance of racial and ethnic minority participation in clinical trials. The campaign will also address patient concerns and myths about research. Together, we can advance health equity and improve the lives of those impacted by this chronic, incurable disease.
