Recent posts are listed below.     Dabrafenib–Trametinib Combination Approved for Solid Tumors with BRAF Mutations 07/21/2022 FDA has approved the combination of the targeted drugs dabrafenib (Tafinlar) and trametinib (Mekinist) for nearly any type of advanced solid tumor with a specific mutation in the BRAF gene. Data from the NCI-MATCH clinic trial informed the approval.
