View as a webpage  /  Share August 2, 2022 Updates to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Opportunistic Infections in Adults and Adolescents with HIV The Panel on Opportunistic Infections in Adults and Adolescents (the Panel) updated the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Opportunistic Infections in Adults and Adolescents with HIV. Highlights from the updated section are summarized below:  Monkeypox Added a brief statement about monkeypox with a link to information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Information about monkeypox as an HIV-related opportunistic infection will be added to this guideline as relevant data emerge. For a list of recent updates, please see What's New in the Guidelines. To view or download the guidelines, go to the Adult and Adolescent Opportunistic Infection Guidelines section of Clinical Info's website.
