The plan details over 390 action items from 10 federal departments. | | | | Clinical Trials | Intervention Development and Pilot Study to Prevent Untreated Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Opioid Use Disorder This study, sponsored by the University of California, Riverside (UC Riverside), seeks Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander volunteers (including those who are part Pacific Islander/Native Hawaiian heritage) aged 18 years and older who live in Utah or Hawai'i. Volunteers must be fluent (oral and reading) in English or Native Hawaiian. The study will test a culturally grounded intervention to increase treatment seeking for opioid use disorder. The study will be carried out at UC Riverside in Riverside, California. Dementia Literacy Education and Navigation for Korean Elders with Probable Dementia and Their Caregivers This study, sponsored by Johns Hopkins University, NYU Langone Health, and the National Institute on Aging (NIA), seeks Korean American volunteers, aged 65 years and older, and their caregiver(s), aged 18 years and older. Volunteers and caregivers must be able to read or speak Korean. The study will be carried out at the following locations: - The Korean Community Services of Metropolitan New York in Bayside, New York.

Institute of Translational Health Sciences (ITHS) KL2 Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Career Development Program The ITHS KL2 Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Career Development Program is accepting applications for its March 2023 cohort from junior faculty pursuing clinical and translational research. This three year program will help early-career investigators develop key research skills and become self-sufficient translational scientists.
