Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Aging People Living with HIV in Chronic Pain This study, sponsored by the University of California, San Diego and the National Institute on Aging (NIA), seeks people living with HIV, aged 50 years and older, with a diagnosis of chronic non-cancer pain. The study will be carried out at the AntiViral Research Center in San Diego, California. | | | Workforce Development | CDC Traditional Food Sovereignty and Tribal Workforce Development Fellowship The Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) is accepting applications for the Traditional Food Sovereignty and Tribal Workforce Development Fellowship within the CDC Healthy Tribes program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Healthy Tribes program aims to strengthen the public health infrastructure, promote cultural and traditional health and wellness practices, and integrate evidence-based chronic disease interventions to improve the health of American Indian or Alaska Native communities. Fellows will be appointed full-time for one year, with a possibility of renewal for up to five years upon CDC recommendation and the availability of funds.
