With holidays, travel, and end-of-year deadlines, the last weeks of December can be a stressful time.

There is no drug to cure stress. But everyone has access to a built-in "stress reset button" called the relaxation response that can act as an antidote to stress. You can produce the relaxation response using simple tools such as progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness, and slow, deep breathing.
