Tuesday, January 10, 2023 Two recently published studies explain why some people respond better to vaccines than others and could guide the development of new strategies to enhance the antibody response to vaccination. This would be especially helpful for infants, older adults, and immunosuppressed individuals, who do not always mount an effective immune response to vaccines. Conducted by scientists affiliated with the NIAID-funded Human Immunology Project Consortium, the research was published in the journal Nature Immunology. |
