The Evidence-based Practice Center (EPC) Program at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has posted the proposed key questions for the systematic review on Trauma Informed Care. They are available for your review and feedback until May 19, 2023. The purpose of the review is to examine the evidence of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) frameworks, models, and components to establish the state of the science related to the effectiveness of TIC on health and healthcare outcomes and harms. The review will also describe how TIC has been defined and approached in practice and explore the commonality of components. The key questions are the questions that we will seek answers to during the systematic review. Your feedback will help improve the relevance of our reviews for healthcare decision making. Please comment on the clarity, relevance, and usefulness of the key questions. All comments will be reviewed and considered. We value your feedback and look forward to receiving your comments. AHRQ is a government agency tasked with producing evidence to improve the quality of healthcare while working with partners to ensure that the evidence is understood and used.
