The latest ADA resources to help you manage your diabetes

American Diabetes Association

Connected For Life

The American Diabetes Association® (ADA) has a library full of resources to help people living with diabetes have a sustainable management plan. Whether you’ve been newly diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for years, you don’t have to maneuver this alone. The ADA aims to be your go-to resource hub.

Here are two resources to add to your list:

  • Diabetes Day by Day is a podcast series for people with diabetes and their caregivers. In each episode, Neil Skolnik, MD, and Sara Wettergreen, PharmD, BCACP, BC-ADM, discuss the everyday challenges of living with diabetes and offer practical advice for overcoming those challenges. Each episode also features a guest as they share their firsthand experience and knowledge on how to “live your best life” with diabetes. Listen now!

  • Live cooking classes take place monthly and are FREE to participate. Follow step-by-step cooking instructions to learn how to make diabetes-friendly meals low in carbs and sugar but still packed with flavor! Join us for the next live cooking class.

If you are struggling to pay for insulin or know someone who is, the ADA has resources to help—visit InsulinHelp.org.
