- Submit your property information: Call 844-277-HOME (844-277-4663) or complete our secure real estate donation form to share basic details about your property.
- Review and processing: Our dedicated real estate team evaluates the property and manages the entire title and transfer process at no cost to you.
- Receive your documentation: Once the property transfer is finalized, you will receive a thank-you letter and the official tax documentation that you may be able to use for a tax deduction based on the property's appraised value.
