New Study Reveals Potential Benefits of Paid Family Leave on Women's Health  The HHS Office on Women's Health recently released 'Explaining the Positive Relationship Between State-Level Paid Family Leave and Mental Health', a study examining how paid family leave (PFL) may impact women's mental health behaviors and outcomes after the birth of a child.   The study examined Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) data and found several potential benefits of paid and unpaid leave for new mothers including time to seek professional mental health support, sleep challenge mitigation, breastfeeding establishment, and greater bonding with infants.  READ MORE HERE
