In this issue of Capitol Connection, we celebrate the passage of the Autism CARES Act and the Lifespan Respite Care Reauthorization Act in the House. The Justice Center and Autism Society Texas Affiliate have partnered with the Innocence Project to urge clemency for Robert Roberson, an Autistic man facing execution.
