If you're having trouble sleeping, some complementary health approaches—such as relaxation techniques, yoga, or tai chi—may help. It would also be wise to talk with your health care provider. Your provider can help you improve your sleep habits and determine whether you have a sleep disorder. 

Did you know that sleep is vital for good health? It's a basic human need. If you don't get enough sleep, you can have problems with work, school, and driving, and you're more likely to get injured. Sleep deficiency is also linked to chronic health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and depression.
